Supports advocacy campaigns that advance women's human rights across Africa, including efforts to curb gender-based violence and influence legal reforms such as the amendment of Zimbabwe's Labour Relations Act on sexual harassment.

Provides financial and technical resources, solidarity, and convening opportunities to women's and girls' rights organizations and movements across Africa. Includes initiatives such as co-convening feminist forums, supporting regional consortiums, and being the first African fund to support specific grassroots organizations.

Launched the Feminist Republik Platform and is developing the Feminist Republik Healing Farm as a rest and rejuvenation space for women human rights defenders in Africa, advancing collective care and healing as integral to feminist activism.

Provides direct support to women human rights defenders during urgent political and social crises, including resourcing peaceful demonstrations and protection efforts in countries such as Egypt and Tunisia since 2015.

Conducts documentation, research, information management, and learning initiatives focused on feminist knowledge production in Africa. Produces publications that reflect the political, socio-economic, and cultural contexts across African regions, nations, and localities.

Provides rapid response funding to women's and girls' rights advocates, organizations, collectives, and movements across all 54 African countries to sustain their work during urgent situations, with grant processing completed within 48 hours. Has provided over 5,200 grants since inception.

Restructures Nyumba Kumi Clusters into community policing units and launched a digital platform called ONGEA USIKIKE GBV PLATFORM for survivors to report gender-based violence.

Coordinates activities and builds the capacity of women's groups in Isiolo County.

Facilitates vulnerable women's access to basic services and builds the resilience of women-headed households against climate change and social-cultural barriers.

Facilitates the empowerment of women and girls from poor and marginalized communities to alleviate poverty and social exclusion, and addresses violence against women and girls (VAWG).

Creates awareness on afforestation, tree planting, land degradation, natural resource management, and pollution.

Supports Amani clubs in three schools in Isiolo to build a career wheel, promoting peacebuilding and coexistence among pupils.

Implements the PSS program since 2015, which includes skills transfer centers for vulnerable youth in tailoring and leather works to help them enter the job market and provide income opportunities.

Supports community-level security actors, including Nyumba Kumi Cluster Leaders and Chiefs, with a focus on increasing women's leadership roles in peace and security.

Advances equity by addressing health disparities and promoting civic and political engagement, with a focus on Black women and underserved communities.

Delivers education and resources to underprivileged youth and supports sustainable development and environmental conservation projects in developing countries as part of community-centered programming.
