Provides expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Strategic Planning, and Policy Development to support sustainable development outcomes across sectors.

Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of development projects, including baseline assessments, monitoring and evaluation consultancy, and conflict assessments to inform peacebuilding strategies.

Provides programme development, policy and advocacy training, and technical support to NGOs, public and private sector organizations, FBOs, CBOs, and governments, including development of a policy and advocacy training manual for the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative.

Provides consulting support for climate adaptation advocacy and conducted a review of Phase II of tobacco tax advocacy in Africa.

Provides technical assistance and policy advisory services to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of health and nutrition programs, including development of the African Union’s Regional Nutrition Advocacy & Communication Strategy for 2022–2025.

Conducts research on key development issues, including an assessment of girls' education in Africa and integration of gender perspectives into development initiatives.

Supports communities, governments, and humanitarian organizations in designing and implementing emergency response strategies to strengthen resilience in crisis situations.

Advances human rights and democratic governance through policy research, advocacy, and technical support to governments and civil society, including work on transparency, accountability, and participatory governance.

Implements programs and services across Eastern, Central, and Southern Africa, with operational reach extending to other continents.

Provides comprehensive services in the WASH sector, including research, needs assessments, policy development, program design, and monitoring and evaluation.

Delivers specialized consulting services in livestock production, crop production, and agricultural economics to support food and nutrition security.

Strengthens education systems through capacity building and knowledge sharing, supporting evidence-based policy development and research in the education sector.

Develops strategic plans, organizational policy documents, and sustainability frameworks for regional and local institutions, including a five-year strategic plan for the East Africa Child Rights Network and a school sustainability plan.
