Provides girls and youth with ICT skills and knowledge, supporting pathways to sponsorships or entrepreneurship ventures.

Convenes communities, policymakers, researchers, and private sector actors to advocate for climate justice, climate financing, and policy reforms through campaigns, dialogues, and evidence-based advocacy.

Implements initiatives to strengthen the ability of marginalized communities to advocate for their rights and defend their societal position, especially during global crises.

Develops and scales model household approaches that holistically improve household resilience and empowerment based on established parameters, including piloting "climate-smart households" with clean energy, water harvesting, organic farming, and waste management.

Protects and restores mangrove forests along Kenya’s coastal strip to safeguard marine ecosystems, reduce coastal erosion, and enhance community climate resilience.

Advocates for and implements sustainable environmental practices such as tree planting and water conservation to mitigate climate change impacts and promote ecosystem resilience.

Facilitates the formation and evolution of Groups of Influence (GOIs) from savings and lending groups into farming, digital work, and business incubation, particularly in coastal counties.

Trains youth in digital, soft, and entrepreneurship skills and links them to employability opportunities, with ongoing mentorship through Groups of Influence in coastal Kenya.

Engages communities in environmental education, tree planting, and sustainable land use practices to restore the Taita Hills Water Tower and ensure long-term water security for people and ecosystems.

Implements STEM programs and community mentorship strategies for girls and women in Kilifi, Kwale, and Mombasa counties to increase school retention and access to opportunities in science and technology.
