Implements a comprehensive Early Childhood Development (ECD) program that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through nurturing care, parental engagement, and community-led initiatives. The program includes the Moments That Matter initiative, focusing on the first 1,000 days of life, and the Strengthening ECD initiative to build responsive caregiving environments.

Shares and promotes effective strategies for engaging men in caregiving practices for early childhood development, resulting in a documented 71% increase in male caregiving participation and contributing to improved child wellbeing.

Empowers citizens to claim their rights from local governments and duty bearers to improve access to services and support, particularly for marginalized groups.

Empowers over 2 million households through climate-smart agriculture, promoting drought-resistant crops, agroforestry, crop diversification, organic composting, and water-saving irrigation. The People's Empowerment and Sustainability Project (PESP) strengthens climate resilience and supports youth entrepreneurship in agri-value chains.

Implements the Western Kenya Peace Initiative, reaching over 30,000 people to reduce conflict among ethnic communities and fisherfolk, address human-wildlife conflict, and proactively identify and mediate emerging tensions through community dialogue and collaboration with local leaders.

Delivers emergency relief including food, clean water, clothing, and temporary shelter to affected communities. The Emergency Response Project has assisted over 3,500 households, distributed over 7,200 relief kits, established 15 temporary shelters, and provided psychosocial support to trauma survivors.

Provides prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) services, peer support through mentor mothers, and psychosocial interventions for HIV-exposed infants. The program has reached 559 mothers, supported 471 infants, and enabled over 200 HIV-exposed infants to test negative after sustained clinical and community support.

Reaches over 17,000 individuals through health advocacy programs that improve health-seeking behavior, reduce infections and AIDS-related deaths, and address gender-based violence through community engagement and education.

Strengthens household resilience through the formation of Saving with Education (SwE) groups, financial literacy training, and kitchen garden development. The program has established over 418 SwE groups, engaged over 5,200 households, and created over 1,280 kitchen gardens to improve nutrition and income.

Provides legal aid support to survivors of gender-based violence and elder abuse, securing criminal convictions and custodial sentences in high-impact cases, including assaults on an 88-year-old survivor and a brutal assault case.

Conducts research dissemination forums on early childhood development, with documented activities in Nyamira County to share findings and inform community practices.

Trains community volunteers, mentor farmers, and SwE groups in disaster preparedness, leadership, financial planning, and agricultural demonstrations to strengthen local capacity and sustainability.

Implements the Kaleidoscope Project and an at-scale SRHR program to ensure equitable access to reproductive health services, family planning, maternal and adolescent health information, and legal rights. The program includes a formal partnership with Samburu County Referral Hospital through a signed MOU.
