- Implementation of TB care and treatment services in KenyaDelivers TB care and treatment across all 47 counties in Kenya, including diagnosis and initiation of treatment for both drug-sensitive (DSTB) and drug-resistant tuberculosis (DRTB) patients. The program has diagnosed and initiated 937,920 DSTB and 6,859 DRTB clients on treatment.
- Provision of integrated HIV and TB prevention, testing, and treatment servicesImplements comprehensive HIV and TB services across Kenya, including HIV testing, identification of new infections, initiation of antiretroviral treatment, and prevention services such as voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC). The organization has conducted over 528,000 HIV tests, identified over 10,000 new HIV-positive individuals, initiated nearly 10,000 on treatment, and provided VMMC services to over 24,000 men.
- Strengthening of national and sub-national TB programs through capacity buildingLeads and supports the national TB program in Kenya through four sub-recipients to expand service delivery and strengthen health systems, including laboratory and pharmacy systems, monitoring and evaluation, human resources for health, financing, and governance.
