- Conduct role-play and applied conflict transformation trainingUses role-play exercises in settings like Kakuma Refugee Camp to help participants practice conflict transformation skills and address real-world challenges in a safe environment.
- Deliver integrated peacebuilding programs in targeted regionsImplements a portfolio of eight core programs—including AVP, HROC, HIPP, transformative mediation, citizen reporters, and nonviolent campaigns—across Kenya and in refugee and prison settings, as part of sustained regional initiatives.
- Facilitate community listening sessions for conflict responseConducts immediate community listening sessions with 30 to 200+ participants following reports of violent conflict, using trained facilitators to prevent escalation and support reconciliation. These sessions have been implemented in response to incidents such as fatal violence in Kakuma Refugee Camp.
