Conducts advocacy at community and national levels to raise public awareness and promote policy reforms related to governance, socio-economic issues, and youth concerns.

Delivers direct services at the grassroots level while simultaneously advocating for policy change at local and national levels based on identified community challenges.

Builds community capacity to manage assets and establish social enterprises as a strategy for poverty reduction and wealth creation in the Coast region.

Implements grassroots programs addressing livelihoods and structural challenges in communities within the Coast region of Kenya.

Conducts regular assessments and develops capacity enhancement plans for employees, board members, and volunteers to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Provides training and raises awareness on peace building and conflict transformation for communities in Kenya, particularly in the Coast region.

Builds youth capacity to counter violent extremism and supports the creation of community organizations and dialogue spaces in the Coast region of Kenya.

Equips communities in the Coast region of Kenya with knowledge and skills to advocate for democratic governance and human rights through targeted training and capacity development initiatives.
