- Market linkage and trade facilitation for organic producersFacilitates market access for organic farmers by organizing trade fairs, farmers' markets, and business linkages; supports bulking and supply of organic products; and helps connect Kenyan producers to domestic and international markets.
- Organizational capacity building and knowledge sharingDevelops and maintains online resources, publishes directories of sector organizations, produces institutional profiles, and offers formal membership structures to strengthen the organic agriculture network in Kenya.
- Technical advisory and certification support for organic producersProvides pre-certification advisory services for organic, fair-trade, and GlobalGAP standards, including support for Internal Control Systems (ICS), Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS), sustainable wild harvesting, and sustainable fisheries, along with technical guidance on organic production of crops such as coffee, tea, vegetables, and spices.
