Provides in-person and virtual capacity-building training on food preservation, fortification, value addition, and agribusiness development. This includes hands-on training, sorghum field days, and socially inclusive and gender mainstreaming in sorghum value chain marketing, reaching over 2,000 community members through various channels.

Operates a sorghum value addition project from January 2024 to June 2025, working with 250 sorghum farmers in Gem and Rarieda Sub-Counties in Siaya County, Kenya. This project aims to improve household food security, nutrition, and socioeconomic empowerment by supporting smallholder farmers with inputs and training to produce and commercialize fortified sorghum flour and porridges, and by offering a range of nutritious sorghum-based products.

Completed a borehole installation project at St. Anthony Inclusive Comprehensive School in Awasi, Kisumu County, providing clean water to the school and community.

Operates the "Soil for Life" (Udongo Kwa Maisha - UKM) initiative to empower communities through enhanced agricultural practices, including training on natural and sustainable food growing, organic farming methods, and resource conservation. This also involves promoting natural and regenerative farming methods to enhance soil health and increase crop yields for local farmers.

Educates expectant mothers and the broader community on the nutritional and developmental needs of children during the first 1,000 days of life. This includes providing training on child care, nutrition, hygiene, early childhood stimulation, and guidance for mothers' well-being during and after pregnancy, integrating health services, nutrition, responsive caregiving, early learning opportunities, and safety.

Operates a youth mentorship program focused on environmental conservation, job-readiness, nutrition, entrepreneurship, and leadership. This includes nurturing young Kenyans through agriculture, agribusiness, and healthy living in 4K Clubs in Kisumu and Siaya Counties, featuring initiatives like garden competitions and an annual gala with various educational and cultural activities.

Implements environmental restoration programs in four focus areas: protection of catchment areas, community tree nurseries, restoration of degraded forests, and greening schools. This includes identifying, mapping, and planting water-friendly and economically valuable tree species, supporting communities in establishing and managing tree nurseries, and rebuilding ecological structure, function, and biodiversity in degraded forests.
