Engages in education equity advocacy with Usawa Agenda and produces at least one policy brief annually for county and national decision-makers on issues including sustainable ECDE financing, community-based maternal health, and adolescent school re-entry.

Promotes indigenous, nutrient-rich crops and climate-smart practices including kitchen gardens and biofortified crop training to address micronutrient deficiencies and improve household food security; has planted over 22,600 trees.

Conducts baseline, midterm, and endline evaluations for all programs and partners with Zizi Afrique Foundation to strengthen education systems and assess foundational learning.

Implements mandatory child safeguarding, anti-fraud, gender equality, data protection, and environmental sustainability policies, including staff training, background checks, zero-tolerance reporting, and compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.

Provides quality early learning to over 7,000 children, trains ECDE teachers (over 900 trained), and strengthens ECDE centers through teacher deployment, classroom renovations, play-based learning materials, and school feeding programs under initiatives like Imarisha Mwalimu and Wezesha Chekechea.

Maintains full financial internal controls and is registered and compliant with the NGO Board of Kenya (registration number OP.218/051/18-306/11492).

Achieves 95% viral suppression among HIV-positive children through targeted health programs.

Introduces mathematical inductive reasoning to students through concrete learning activities such as building towers with Unifix Cubes.

Operates with a formal Human Resources Manual to guide staffing and organizational development.

Supports 6,500 safe deliveries, increases antenatal coverage from 78% to 94%, and deploys Community Health Promoters to deliver antenatal care, growth monitoring, nutrition education, and postnatal support to reduce maternal and neonatal deaths.

Collects all program data using Kobo Toolbox for offline entry and real-time cloud synchronization, and ensures data quality through monthly validation, quarterly spot-checks of 10% of records, annual external audits, and community validation workshops.

Reaches 4,776 girls with SRHR education, dignity kits, life-skills mentorship, and school re-entry support to prevent early pregnancy and support continued education.
