Conducts church planting ministries in Kenya through village evangelistic meetings, worship services, building projects, and leadership training at a local church Bible institute.

Operates a dedicated deaf department with Sunday school and regular Sunday afternoon services, providing spiritual support and resulting in conversions among deaf students.

Operates a 17-lesson discipleship program teaching basic Bible doctrines to new believers, resulting in baptisms; conducts street evangelism, hospital visits, youth rallies, Bible study classes, and Bible clubs in schools, leading to conversions.

Establishes mission policies through a Board of Trustees composed of Baptist pastors and mission officials, appoints a President and General Director to lead mission activities, and appoints Field Directors to represent BIMI and monitor field operations.

Appoints Special Representatives to promote BIMI ministries nationally and internationally in churches and colleges, and hosts annual missions conferences featuring missionaries and guest speakers to raise awareness and support.

Operates a printing ministry that produces tracts, Bible verse signs, and bilingual evangelistic materials distributed in local markets and used in outreach efforts.

Provides missionary addresses upon request (limited to five per inquiry) and offers administrative and financial support to missionaries and supporting churches from the World Missions Center in Harrison, Tennessee.

Engages 25–30 church members in a rotating schedule to serve in various ministries, including church plants and preaching points in multiple Cambodian locations.

Supports individual missionaries (e.g., the Corena family), votes to support additional missionaries (e.g., in Laos), and conducts fundraisers to purchase property for new church buildings.

Trains young men in Kenya for future church planting ministries through structured programs, including a three-year Bible Institute that increases participant engagement and equips them to disciple others.

Provides centralized administrative, financial, and operational services including accounting, computer services, mail, printing, media, insurance, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and secretarial support for mission operations.

Hosts an annual conference featuring a Missions Banquet, prayer meetings, preaching, workshops, and interactive sessions; provides complimentary meals, waives reservation fees, and offers approximately 26 guest rooms for attendees on a first-come, first-served basis.

Provides disaster relief services, including assistance to individuals affected by flooding and delivery of medicine and food to vulnerable community members.

Provides counseling for couples on marriage and family relationships and delivers food, medicine, and household assistance to church members and individuals in need.

Operates short-term missions programs through Connect teams and other organized trips, enabling individuals to participate in faith-based service activities internationally.
