- Facilitation of national conferences and events for community leadersOrganizes large-scale in-person and virtual events, including the annual National Conference, to foster relationships, idea exchange, and collaboration among community leadership program alumni and staff. The 2024 conference convened over 275 participants from 150+ organizations across 39 states and two countries.
- Hosting "Discussions That Matter" virtual event seriesRuns a signature virtual event series focused on issue-based dialogue, connecting alumni across regions. Launched in 2020, the series hosted 9 sessions that engaged over 2,000 alumni from 47 states.
- National alumni survey research programConducts annual national surveys of Community Leadership Program alumni in partnership with Starr Opinion Research, collecting data from over 4,500 respondents across 27 states to assess community needs, leadership responses to crises like the pandemic, and national challenges. Findings are published in annual report form.
- National network building for community leadership programsBuilds and sustains a national network that connects alumni and staff from community leadership programs across geographic, professional, and political lines to enhance collaboration and community impact. Includes facilitating network-building activities and collaborative projects.
