- Apprenticeship Program for Servant LeadershipRecruits and trains fresh university graduates in servant leadership and Bible teaching, then places them in churches, schools, hospitals, and community development projects for one-year service placements. In 2025, placed 43 apprentices in 41 partner organizations across Kenya.
- Discipleship and Training Programs for Youth and Ministry WorkersOffers structured discipleship courses including the TransformD Discipleship Programme for high school leavers, the Utumishi Course for active ministry workers, and the Eneza Church Planting Course for aspiring church planters. Also provides a one-year Bible handling course with in-person training at the iServe Africa Training Centre in Kiambu.
